Tater the Dog needs a home

Tater is an 18 lb Dachshund mix and is approximately 2.5 years old. Poor Tater was found as a stray with bite wounds and swelling all around his neck and face. He's a little wary when you first meet him, but who can blame him. It doesn't take him long to allow you to pet him though.
